Avara Construction completed the full tenant improvement of a 5500 square foot restaurant space in Seattle for Chef’n. Our team transformed the space into a modern and functional work area that included office spaces, reception, meeting rooms, and an open work area.

We began this project with a thorough assessment of the existing space, and we worked closely with the client to understand their specific needs and requirements for improvement. Our team then developed a detailed plan with a range of upgrades and improvements to bring the space to its full potential, including new lighting, flooring, and wall finishes.

We also created private office spaces and meeting rooms, using Chef’n’s bright brand colors throughout the office. The final result was a modern and welcoming work environment that met the client’s specific needs and exceeded their expectations.
