Calligo is a Bellevue-based data management business. Avara was pleased to support Calligo’s growth with this exceptional 5200-square-foot Class A office project. The space showcases a contemporary board-form concrete aesthetic, complemented by LED lighting details for a modern and visually striking atmosphere.
Glass huddle rooms were strategically integrated to balance privacy and transparency, fostering an open and collaborative atmosphere. The multi-screen “ThinkHub” virtual collaboration system enhances technological capabilities, facilitating seamless virtual engagements. The new office space also includes recreational spaces such as a game room and common kitchen for team members.
