Baker Hostetler

As a national law firm, Baker Hostetler was seeking a reputable general contractor to perform their high-end buildout encompassing 23,000 SF at 999 3rd. The project included substantial revisions in design and finishes to produce the perfect space, along with considerable MEP upgrades to accommodate the new dense build out.

This was complete overhaul of existing space and elevator lobby; new structural beam additions were added to improve structure to the building and accompany the operable partitions. The final project includes an extensive door package and comprehensive high end casework plan with new finishes throughout; acoustical ceilings, private offices, and Maars Living Wall spanning 584 LF with draper motorized sunscreen roller shades along the perimeter walls.
