Our team created an impressive new office space for Private Division, one of the area’s most accomplished developer-focused game studios. With the Avara Team’s successful experience working in the Watershed Building, our team was chosen to complete the 5200 SF buildout alongside JPC Architects.
The project consisted of perimeter offices, open office areas, kitchen/marketplace, copy and print area, and conference areas.
We followed the building’s ambitious ‘Living Building Challenge’ sustainability measures, which are considered the most stringent green building standard in the world, to complete this project. The Watershed Building contributes to protecting Seattle’s watersheds, reduce the building’s energy usage, and use responsibly sourced, salvaged, and sustainable materials.
