Our team created a dynamic and innovative office space for Private Division, one of the industry’s most accomplished developer-focused game studios. With our extensive experience working in the Watershed Building, we were selected to complete this 5,200 SF buildout alongside JPC Architects to deliver a space that fosters creativity, collaboration, and sustainability.

This project was completed in accordance with the Watershed Building’s ‘Living Building Challenge’ sustainability measures, the most rigorous green building standard in the world. The Watershed Building contributes to:
