Fox Rothschild is a nationwide law firm with 950 attorneys in 28 offices throughout the US. Avara worked closely with Fox Rothschild’s local real estate and construction team in a comprehensive request for proposal. Our team was ultimately selected based on our project involvement, thorough pre-construction, and detailed construction scheduling.

The project consisted of 50 private offices with glass fronts, numerous conference rooms, and multiple touchdown areas. Our team also created two cafés, gathering areas, a unique library reception area, and a customized elevator vestibule. The new space is needed to support multiple meeting types such as internal, client, and outside/remote counsel. Significant MEP upgrades were a large part of the construction process, including coordination with Safeco Plaza.
