Eagleview Technologies interviewed 4 reputable contractors to complete their large scale tenant improvement before selecting Avara Construction. The space spanned 3.5 floors of dark, confined space, which left our team with significant demolition scope.
The project consisted of complete demolition of the 50,000 SF space to a vanilla shell, and rebuild of 3.5 floors in Skyline Tower with interconnecting stair systems throughout, and a stair infill on the 5th floor. Each floor was a full trade scope from mechanical redistribution, electrical upgrades, converting the space to OTS (open to structure), all new walls, glazing, and new finishes. Our services on this project included pre-construction, construction, project management, and project closeout.
