University of Washington’s Eta Beta Phi Mu sorority house selected Avara Construction to help refresh and resuscitate their beautiful historic communal living quarters. We provided pre-construction and construction services to fully create a new, updated space for the sorority.
The project involved a full-scale renovation of the facility, including common areas, dining spaces, study rooms, and residential rooms. Avara focused on maintaining the traditional character of the house while incorporating modern elements to enhance comfort and functionality.

- Revamped Kitchen and Bath Facilities: State-of-the-art kitchen upgrades, new fixtures, and tiled showers to improve overall utility and aesthetics.
- Infrastructure and MEP Updates: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems were upgraded to meet modern efficiency and safety standards.
Through a seamless process of planning and execution, Avara successfully transformed the Eta Beta Phi Mu sorority house into a refreshed, highly functional, and aesthetically pleasing living and social space that supports the needs of its members.
