Avara Construction completed a comprehensive renovation of an existing commercial building, transforming it into a biotech facility. Acting as general contractor, our team reconfigured more than 13,600 square feet of interior space to support new operations, including updated partitions, ceilings, doors, finishes, and full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades. The project also required specialized safety features, accessibility compliance, and exterior site improvements.
