Avara was responsible for updating the 6,000 square foot common area and fitness center in Centennial Tower. The space included a kitchen area, fitness center, seating, and recreational space. Our team worked closely with Centennial Tower to create a modern and welcoming space that would meet the needs of their tenants.
The centerpiece of the new common area is a unique wrap-around kitchen island that includes a stylish waterfall edge, plenty of seating, fridges, sink, and oven. This functional and attractive feature provides a central gathering place for tenants to connect and socialize.
