Waldron & Company was a 16,000 square foot full trade tenant improvement project at The Norton Building in downtown Seattle. Avara provided services for pre-construction, construction, and construction management.
The project consisted of significant demolition of the existing conditions down to the building core & shell. The space was a historical banking location, which Avara transformed into a productive work space. Some notable details of this project include turning the massive old bank vault into useful office space.
Avara worked alongside the tenant and the architect to design build a space that would accommodate Waldron & Company’s professional approach and functionality. Our team was leveraged from the budget stages all the way through punch-list and occupancy.
