Avara Construction triumphantly completed the Thinkspace project, a modern high-tech workspace located at the Lake Union Building in South Lake Union. Spanning 18,000 square feet across two floors, this project was executed in a two-phase approach, allowing for early occupancy of one floor while work was completed on the second.
The project involved extensive demolition and asbestos abatement down to a vanilla shell, followed by a full trade build-back to create a cutting-edge workspace. The final result includes private offices, event spaces, meeting rooms, community kitchens, and top-tier audiovisual technology to support Thinkspace’s partners.
