Avara Construction partnered with Rocky Pond Winery to deliver a stunning, high-end tasting room and event space in Woodinville, WA. Through value engineering, we optimized costs without compromising quality, transforming the nearly cold shell condition into a fully functional winery and food service space.

This project required significant MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) upgrades, concrete demolition and pour-back, and custom interior finishes to create a refined, welcoming environment for wine lovers.
