Avara Construction was entrusted with the Redmond Park Clubhouse project, a ground-up new construction effort following a devastating fire that destroyed the previous structure. Designed by GGLO, this project required demolition, foundation reconstruction, and full-scale construction to deliver a modern, expanded community space.
Key Project Highlights:
- Demolition & Site Preparation: The initial phase included demolition of the damaged structure and foundation, preparing the site for new construction.
- Expanded Footprint & Modern Design: The project increased the clubhouse’s size from 3,500 SF to 7,000 SF, incorporating a larger, more functional layout with an enhanced poolhouse.
- Architectural Excellence: Featuring a contemporary exterior with sleek lines, natural materials, and expansive windows, the new design blends seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
- Community-Centric Spaces: The interior was designed to maximize functionality, with areas for gatherings, recreation, and events, ensuring a versatile and welcoming environment.
- Efficient Project Execution: Avara worked closely with Redmond Park and GGLO to meet the community’s needs, ensuring that the new space not only replaced but improved upon the original clubhouse.
Avara Construction is proud to have played a key role in bringing Redmond Park’s clubhouse back to life, delivering a modern, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed community space that will serve residents for years to come.
