Avara was brought in for the Redmond Park Clubhouse project, which was essentially a ground-up new construction project after a fire destroyed the previous structure. Our team was leveraged for the construction of the new clubhouse, designed by GGLO.
The first phase of the project included demolition of the existing structure and foundation and pourback of the new clubhouse. With the new design and poolhouse, our team was able to increase the size of the clubhouse from 3,500 square feet to a 7,000 square foot footprint.
We delivered a new and improved clubhouse and poolhouse that met all of Redmond Park’s needs and exceeded their expectations. Avara was proud to have been a part of this project, bringing this community space back to life after the previous fire.
