Avara completed a 3500 SF full trade tenant improvement project for Pendleton Woolen Mills, giving the space a more updated and high end appeal. Our services included pre-construction and construction to upgrade the space.

This retail space included built-in floating shelves and storage along the walls, as well as metal hanging rods. We utilized industrial lighting for this space, from hanging bulbs to matching silver fixtures. The space also includes a back storage room, changing rooms, and a sizable checkout counter with additional storage.
