Avara was selected for the Oasis Medspa project based on our existing presence at Woodin Creek on numerous other projects and our experience with retail construction.
Our first step in this retail build out was completing landlord work to bring the space to an empty warm shell. After that, we were able to transform the space into a high end spa perfect for Oasis.
Some of the amenities Avara built included a custom reception desk with die-wall and removable access panels, polished concrete and luxury vinyl tile flooring, and high end wall coverings. We used a dense buildout with QuietRock and made significant plumbing and HVAC upgrades to accommodate the salon and private spa for all of their showers, sauna, styling stations, utility sinks, shampoo sinks, water closets, color bars, water heaters, and circulation pumps.
