Avara Construction completed a comprehensive full trade commercial office buildout project for Market Update, creating a spacious 7500 square foot office space. Our services included preconstruction, construction, and construction management, ensuring a seamless and efficient project delivery.

The newly constructed office space features a modern and open floor plan, providing ample room for collaboration and productivity. Sleek glass door meeting rooms were incorporated, allowing for private discussions and meetings while maintaining an open and inviting atmosphere. A highlight of this buildout is the large kitchen and break room area, designed to accommodate the needs of the team and foster a sense of community. We also created a soundproof recording space for Market Update’s audio recording needs.
