Avara Construction completed a full trade tenant improvement project for Inspire Pilates, which included pre-construction, construction, and construction management services. Our team worked closely with Inspire Pilates to understand their vision and create a customized 1500 square foot space that met their specific requirements.
The new space features a large pilates room with wall-to-wall mirrors, providing a spacious and functional area for workouts. The mirrors also create a sense of depth and reflection, making the space feel larger and more open. The open reception and office area provides a comfortable and welcoming space for clients to check-in and speak with staff.
