Avara completed a series of small, targeted renovations for Holland America across two floors. The total scope was about 2,000 square feet, but spread across eight separate locations, each with its own set of conditions and constraints.
The work focused on improving existing spaces rather than overhauling them. That meant tying into what was already there, matching finishes, and keeping everything moving while the office stayed active. With multiple small areas happening at once, coordination and sequencing were key to keeping the work efficient and low impact.
Key Project Highlights:
- New partitions to better define and improve existing rooms
- Updated finishes to refresh high-use areas and align with existing conditions
- Lighting and ceiling adjustments to improve overall function and consistency
- Power and data updates to support how the spaces are used today
- Work completed across multiple small zones with minimal disruption to operations
This was a detail-driven project. The kind where the work is spread out, the spaces are tight, and getting it right comes down to planning, coordination, and follow-through.
