Avara converted a 2,000 SF space on the 6th floor of the Harbor Steps apartment complex, transforming it from an unused swimming pool room into a state-of-the-art fitness center. This project required extensive structural modifications, including the creation of a reinforced platform to fill the void left by the former pool.
To execute this complex renovation, Avara engineered an innovative solution by pumping concrete from street level to the 6th floor, ensuring a seamless and durable foundation for the new gym.
