Avara Construction was selected for the AIMMS full-trade tenant improvement project, which involved upgrading their existing offices for a more modern and functional space. Our team was responsible for construction of a new break room and kitchen area, meeting rooms, open office space, and seating area.

We installed large glass wall systems for meeting areas that still felt open, creating a modern and inviting space. For the kitchen and break area, our team installed a sleek waterfall counter with matching bar seating. The final result is a modern office space that is both attractive and effective, providing a comfortable and productive work environment for employees.
