Avara Construction was selected to complete this project for AIMMS, transforming their existing office into a modern, highly functional workspace. The project included the construction of a new break room and kitchen, meeting rooms, open office space, and seating areas, all designed to foster collaboration and productivity.

The office was reimagined with large glass wall systems in meeting areas, maintaining an open and airy feel while ensuring privacy and functionality. A standout feature of the buildout is the sleek waterfall counter with matching bar seating in the kitchen and break area, creating a stylish yet practical communal space.
