Avara successfully completed the 60,000 SF multi-floor tenant improvement project for USI at Two Union Square in downtown Seattle. The project was awarded to Avara after an extensive interview process, initially beginning with Phase 1. Following the on-time and successful delivery of Phase 1, Avara was also chosen to execute Phases 2, 3, and 4, completing the full build-out.
Each phase involved a complex demolition of the existing space, followed by a full trade build-back, incorporating upgraded MEP systems, new office layouts, modern finishes, and high-end furnishings. The phased approach allowed for efficient project execution, with timelines ranging from 6 to 12 weeks per phase, all delivered on schedule.
