Sprout Social

Sprout Social, a manager of multiple social networks that helps scale customer growth, needed an exquisite space with state-of-the-art features. Avara was chosen to transform an 18,550 SF at 800 5th in Seattle into a workspace that inspires.

Starting from a warm shell condition, this project was a full-trade buildout. Our team delivered the final project including high-end casework, open-to-structure ceilings, lighting features throughout, glass doors with aluminum frames, mechanical shade sunscreen rollers, a green living wall, parenting and focus rooms, a game room, a marketplace kitchen, and more.
