RUN Studios is a full-service production design studio in Seattle. Their team needed a full-trade buildout of a 3/4-floor space covering 15,900SF, and Avara completed this project in two phases.

In the first phase, we expedited the construction of the studio’s critical spaces: the server room, technical staff areas, and executive offices. These priority needs were able to occupy and use the space while our team completed the rest of the new studio in the second phase.

The new space features private offices, conference rooms, open office space, a sleek reception desk area, glazed partition walls, and exposed concrete floors.

Chelsey Openshaw is a CPA with experience serving a variety of clients and industries in the accounting field.
Chelsey Openshaw brings years of experience in accounting, the preparation of financial statements, and a client focused mentality to the Avara Team. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management enable her to lead the operations and accounting functions at Avara. Her experience includes an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting at the University of Washington as well as professional experience as an auditor and financial reporting accountant.

Assistant Business Manager

Chelsey Openshaw experience stems from a long list of successful new construction and commercial interior projects.

Chelsey Openshaw a wealth of experience in ground-up construction spanning retail, multi-tenant residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and health & fitness. Jason has nearly 10 years’ succeeding experience as a Project Engineer, and leverages his education and can-do attitude to make sure all of the details are thoughtfully considered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
