Spanning 15,900 SF across three-quarters of a floor, this project was executed in two phases to ensure a seamless transition for the studio’s operations.
The first phase prioritized the completion of mission-critical spaces, including the server room, technical staff areas, and executive offices, allowing RUN Studios to begin operations before the full buildout was complete. The second phase brought the remaining office and creative spaces to life.
