Avara Construction has recently completed an inviting new common area West 8th. This thoughtfully designed space serves as a hub for community interaction and productivity.

The stylish waterfall bar seating creates a casual yet sophisticated look, and unique lighting installations contribute to the overall modern aesthetic.

The new space includes comfortable lounge areas with fluted wood dividers and accents and a spacious communal kitchen. A glass meeting room is also available for more private meetings.

Chelsey Openshaw is a CPA with experience serving a variety of clients and industries in the accounting field.

Chelsey Openshaw brings years of experience in accounting, the preparation of financial statements, and a client focused mentality to the Avara Team. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management enable her to lead the operations and accounting functions at Avara. Her experience includes an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting at the University of Washington as well as professional experience as an auditor and financial reporting accountant.

Chelsey Openshaw experience stems from a long list of successful new construction and commercial interior projects.

Chelsey Openshaw a wealth of experience in ground-up construction spanning retail, multi-tenant residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and health & fitness. Jason has nearly 10 years’ succeeding experience as a Project Engineer, and leverages his education and can-do attitude to make sure all of the details are thoughtfully considered throughout the lifecycle of the project.
